Chocolate Pudding, the healthy avocado version!

Chocolate pudding

Avocado Chocolate Pudding easy quick recipe!

Honestly, this chocolate pudding is one of my favorite recipes because it’s so easy, takes only a few ingredients, quick and delicious! Only problem is I have to share!

Our two little babies love it. My daughter doesn’t particularly like eating avocado when we offer it to her on its own. Avocado as chocolate pudding, however, she can definitely chow down! She loves eating it with strawberries or by the spoonful.

Ingredients

Ripe Avocado

Raw Cacao

Coconut Oil

Honey

All you need is a good blender and bam!

So let’s say you want to make only with one avocado, add a tablespoon of cacao, a cup of pitted dates, two tablespoons of honey! Blend, taste and adjust ingredients as you go!
