Ever since Rudy and I conceived Jasmin, we started competing for biggest belly! Well I was winning until Jasmin decided to come into the world…that’s when I lost all my pregnancy weight and Rudy kept his.
So almost two years later Rudy is going to make change!
Following his fitness journey will help him stay on track. Also we will share his daily meals and some extra stories to keep it interesting.

Today’s workout: 2.4 mile run
Breakfast: Hemp milk chia drink and a nectarine
Lunch: vegetable Thai soup
24 ozGreen smoothie
Dinner: roasted veggies
Dessert: raw vegan raspberry cheesecake
Figs with peanut butter
2 bites of salmon salad dip
Rudy’s verse of the day:

Rudy says: This verse is motivating for me because I know that even when I don’t have the strength and motivation God is always with me.
