Day 2 and Rudy did not exercise or weigh himself today but he did eat very healthy! He says he doesn’t want to exercise everyday yet. See when I met this wonderful man, he was recuperating from a back injury, and is still. He suffers from lower back pain. We figured it was due to the injury but he says that his lower back was pretty fragile even before.
There is more to Rudy’s health story but I don’t want to give away all the good stuff so soon. Enough to say that because of his injury he stopped jogging and exercising, and because of his pregnant wife, he started eating a bit more…daddy cravings!
Let’s see how well Daddy ate today!
Breakfast: the usual hemp milk chia drink (will take pictures soon!)
Chia pudding is my everyday breakfast with Jasmin as well. Rudy only recently joined the club 😉 You can sort of the see her chia bowl in the picture above.
Lunch: peaches, strawberries, tangerines and watermelon juice
Not the usual lunch but the better option to the tacos I was eating!
Dinner: roasted veggies
Oh yea he loves his roasted veggies: beets, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, potatoes and sweet potato…yummmm. I didn’t eat because I was full from tacos!
Dessert: we had So delicious brand of coconut ice cream, non dairy, non soy, etc. though it does say natural flavors :/ we had chocolate peanut butter swirl. So yummy!
