I had never heard of this fruit, not til I met my husband. His go-to for any kind of wellness is Camu Camu powder. Prevention especially! He sneaks it into different foods for our children, but for us, we can drink it in water with a little honey.

Yet another product I had never heard of. (Do I tell you all enough about how awesome my husband is?) Ok so basically he follows this guy Paul Stamets, who is like KING of MUSHROOMS> you really should look him up if you don’t know about the research he has done, especially look up about mycelium. Dr. Christopher’s and Dr. Rydland’s Herbal Extracts
For the Children! So these extracts have been life-savers! There is no way we go anywhere without these, nor do we let these run low. Once we see we are running out, we order more.
We have no preference between the two, we usually have at least 2 of each on hand. Only in some countries we have lived, it has been harder to order Dr. Rydland’s online. So we stock up on those in the US.
Dr. Christopher’s has been easier to order from anywhere no problems, thankfully! They both have products specific for children.
