Our Heavenly Father is not seen or heard as we see or hear in everyday life. Just as we learn the details of our friends and loved ones, so we must learn the ways of the Lord.
How do we learn about the Lord? How do we know He is operating in our lives?
Well my answer to that…my personal experience with the Most High.
So what has my experience been with Him?
At first I was one of those who denied His existence….Eh…who cares! I would say.
And now I see…not clearly yet. But without a doubt I see His hand in my life.
I see even how He was with me even when I was denying Him in my life.
The Most High saved me from having severe damage or even death in a motorcycle accident! Left the scene with minor scrapes.
He saved me from my youthful emotional waves and even suicidal tendencies.
The Lord Almighty helped me quit smoking and drinking.
Our Father taught me forgiveness for things I couldn’t even forgive myself ! Hurting myself, His temple, and causing others pain.
He showed me what true, pure Love is! True and pure friendships and marriage, love for His child and my family!
The Lord gave me a wonderful, healthy, safe and incredible labor and birth of His child and gift baby Jasmin!
How do I believe in the Lord you ask? My answer: How could I deny Him?
How could I deny the way He spoke to me in my dream?
I cannot deny the specific answers to my prayers, nor His comfort through the struggles, when I don’t understand why things are not happening the way I planned and asked Him.
He reveals to me His truth through His Word, scripture, and then makes it real in my life.
When I fail or make a mistake, He lifts me up instead of beating me down as men do…He holds me and cares for me.
Through all my experiences in the few years I’ve lived…there is without a doubt a REAL power, the Lord almighty in my life. I praise him everyday!
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. Luke 17:5,6
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.Hebrews 13:5-7
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:11-13
