Simple & Easy Sugar Scrub
Brown Sugar
Almond oil
2-5 drops Young Living Essential Oil
A few Tips:
Look up your skin type and see which Oil you can add, have fun!
Even try adding honey.
Do a skin test on a small patch of skin to be sure you are not sensitive to the specific oils you added to your scrub or bath salts! If you are then dilute with more carrier oil.
-Wet the scrub before applying so you don’t scratch your skin.
You only need to exfoliate 2-3 times a week,
and make sure to use toner on your face afterwards to balance your pH.
Spa at Home Bath Salt
Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt

Remember in science class where they taught you oil and water don’t mix? Yea me either science class was a blur! But hey it’s true so be careful!
Let the salts dilute and “melt” in the tub before you hop in.
Feel free to add coconut oil or epsom salt or magnesium flakes…ooo spa at home.
